The Crane D140 is a PN25 class Bronze Swing Check Valve with Resilient Disc

Check valves allow flow in a single direction only, and close automatically if the flow reverses. They are automatic in action, depending upon pressure and velocity of flow within the line to perform their functions of opening and closing.
